In a move that’s set to revolutionize the world of affordable sports watches, Casio has officially launched the Edifice EFS-S660 series, a stunning pair of solar-powered chronographs that’s all set to hit the Japanese market later this month.
Design Details – A Blend of Style and Functionality
The Edifice EFS-S660 series is a masterclass in design, where form meets function. Unlike many modern sports watches that opt for an oversized aesthetic, Casio has chosen to go for a relatively slim profile, measuring 45.3 x 38.3 x 11.6 mm. This makes the watches highly wearable for a variety of wrist sizes while maintaining the legibility required of a chronograph.
Two Models, Two Unique Aesthetics
The primary differences between the two models, the EFS-S660D-1A and the EFS-S660PB-1A, lie in their materials, weight, and color accents. The EFS-S660D-1A features a traditional silver stainless steel case and an integrated metal bracelet, weighing in at 129 grams. On the other hand, the EFS-S660PB-1A swaps the metal band for a black resin strap, utilizing a dark gray ion-plated case with a black ion-plated bezel, and tips the scales at a significantly lighter 71 grams.

Casio has spared no expense when it comes to the hardware specifications of the EFS-S660 series.
