Sentosa GrillFest 2026: A Culinary Celebration by the Beach
The wait is over, and Sentosa GrillFest 2026 is back, promising a gastronomic extravaganza like no other. From July 23 to August 16, Siloso Beach will transform into a vibrant culinary hub, featuring an impressive lineup of 42 vendors, including 18 new names, alongside returning favorites and innovative dining concepts.
A New Era of Fine Dining: Chef’s Grill
This year, Sentosa GrillFest introduces Chef’s Grill, a unique eight-course omakase-inspired dining experience co-curated with the Singapore Chefs’ Association. Located in an air-conditioned tent, Chef’s Grill offers a premium dining experience, complete with premium chinaware and a close-up look at live-fire techniques from a curated roster of Singapore chefs. As the inaugural platform for the Singapore Chef Festival, Chef’s Grill will serve as the closing event, marking Sentosa GrillFest’s growing significance in Singapore’s culinary calendar.
Marketplace: A Sustainable Food Experience
Marketplace returns in an elevated format, developed in collaboration with Indoguna, a leading premium food importer and distributor in Singapore. This year’s concept focuses on local sourcing and sustainable produce, with a curated selection of ingredients aimed at promoting responsible food choices without compromising on quality. Guests can browse and select fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, and gourmet items, which will be cooked to order at themed grill and serve stalls. A retail section will also offer artisanal products, sauces, spices, and ready-to-cook selections for guests to take home.
Sunset Lounge by Asahi: A Beachfront Oasis
As the sun sets, Sunset Lounge by Asahi will transform into a dedicated beachfront bar experience, designed for golden hour gatherings. Positioned as a standalone wind-down space between the afternoon and evening sessions, the lounge will feature DJ programming and live band performances, making it the perfect spot to unwind and socialize.
Local Grills, International Grills, and Beachside Grills
The festival’s returning Local Grills, International Grills, and Beachside Grills zones will feature a diverse range of vendors, offering a wide variety of cuisines and dining experiences. Local Grills will feature homegrown favorites Slurp Your Oysters, Craft’ B, and DAMN, winner of Sentosa GrillFest’s People’s Choice Award in 2025. International Grills will take guests on a culinary journey across different cuisines, including Korean BBQ, Japanese robatayaki grilling, and Taiwanese night market classics. Beachside Grills will offer open-flame cooking along the waterfront, with new vendors like ChillBro serving grilled banana topped with chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Sustainability Efforts
Sentosa GrillFest 2026 is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting sustainability. For the first time, the air-conditioned Chef’s Grill pavilion and beachfront festival lighting will be powered by battery and solar energy, reducing reliance on conventional power sources. The festival will also continue efforts to reduce single-use disposables across its grounds, with all vendors required to use compostable packaging and cutlery in line with Sentosa’s Disposables Policy.
Accessibility Measures
The festival will ensure accessibility for all guests, with dedicated beach tracks for wheelchair users and families with strollers, as well as priority seating for guests with mobility needs throughout the festival grounds.
